Privacy summary

Your account and profiles

Best DJ uses your email for sign-in, verification and password recovery. A username is display-only. Artist and venue submissions are manually reviewed.

Approved artist profiles are public and may be indexed by search engines: stage name, category, location, travel range, genres, biography, starting fee or price on enquiry, music links and approved photo. Account identifiers, email addresses and private review notes are not part of the public showcase. Editing a profile hides it until it is approved again.

Private booking information

Venue business details, bookings, quotes, agreement drafts and conversations are restricted to the relevant account or booking participants and Best DJ administrators. The website does not collect card payments.

Information saved on your device

Your sign-in session and shortlist are stored in your browser. Shortlists are separate for each account on that device. A home-screen shortcut does not add offline access or push notifications.

Requests and limitations

This is a practical summary of the current app, not a complete legal privacy notice. A legal operator identity and formal retention policy are not yet published here. For privacy and account requests, contact Best DJ through the support page or call 020 3951 6023. No retention period or automatic deletion guarantee is made.
