For an existing booking, keep agreed quotes and arrangements in its private conversation so everyone involved has a written record.

Getting back into your account

Use Forgot password on the sign-in page to request a reset email. If your email is not confirmed, use Resend verification. Check your spam folder and use the newest link.

Questions about a booking

Use the conversation on that booking for questions about the agreed event, quote and arrangements. These messages are visible to the artist, venue and Best DJ administrators, not to the public.

Reporting concerns & account deletion

There is currently no dedicated reporting form or self-service account deletion. If you have a booking, you can raise a concern or a deletion request in its conversation for Best DJ to review. Do not post passwords, payment-card details or sensitive documents.

You can also call Best DJ on 020 3951 6023 for support or to start an account request. This page does not promise a response time or automatic removal of booking records.
